Join us Saturday the 11th from 8 to 10 P.M. for a sampling of Minor Case Rye Whiskey from the Beam family’s Limestone Branch Distillery. This rye has been aged for 2 years before being finished for up to 8 months in Meier’s sherry casks, and has a mashbill of 51% rye, 45% corn, and 4% malt barley. Smells of floral notes and spicy rye are finished with fruity essences. Expect sugary flavors of cherry and raisins followed by the sherry cask finish. Try a sampling and order it at the bar!
